One of the world's leading companies in the Automotive Industry initiated a global strategy to introduce Agile practices, particularly within their non-technical and non-engineering departments. In line with this initiative, the leadership and management teams in Vietnam embarked on a journey to gain a comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies for themselves and their respective teams.

Our Approach & Scope

To achieve this goal, a series of structured approaches were implemented:

Online Training / Workshop:

  • Conducted two cohorts of training sessions during the lockdown period, utilizing platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and Mural boards for interactive engagement.

In-Person Training / Workshop:

  • The in-person training spanned two days over two weeks.
  • The first day covered introductions, foundational concepts, and initial practices, encouraging participants to explore around 20 different practices, which they then shared during the second day.
  • The focus of the second day was on practices applicable for daily team use.
  • Opportunities for one-on-one coaching were available both between Day 1 and Day 2 and afterward.
