The goal of the assessment is to identify patterns that signal the understanding and status of the organization in terms of their team, product and position in the market.

During an assessment we will visit and observe the effectiveness & efficiency of the regular meetings of selected teams. We will also identify a group of individual members, who we believe are reflecting the diversity in your team based on the personality and seniority within the organization and who we will interview with a set of standardized questions. On top of those interviews we will schedule meetings with key individuals in the organization, where we will discuss the key issues they see within the organization. With the responses in the interviews and our observations during meetings and working times, we will create an assessment report with our observations as well as a suggested approach for continuous improvement.
