How HR can kindle organizational transformation

Chris is a German professional who has been working in Vietnam since 2008. In 2010, he discovered his passion for Agile when he implemented it in his Marketing team, experiencing the positive impact of cross-functional and transparent collaboration. He became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) in 2011 and went on to found semdi solutions in 2012, dedicated to coaching teams and helping them adapt to the demands of the 21st century. With extensive experience in Southeast Asia, Chris has worked with more than 20 organizations, supporting them with organizational design, increasing leadership capability and confidence, improving ways of working towards faster customer value, improving team processes and supporting teams towards higher agility.
