Almost everyone will agree that we don’t know what we don’t know, and that therefore to know a little more, we need to run experiments. But how many of us are actually running experiments in order to improve our collective decision making? From those that do run experiments, how many are actually running “good” experiments with falsifiable hypothesis that will actually provide them with actual validated value? And then out of this set, how many do so like second nature, over and over again, without taking shortcuts, dropping halfway or even getting back to not running any after a few iterations?

Stick around with Semdi as we get onto the experiments train. We’ll help you understand what are good experiments, how to learn from them, and then how to consistently iterate on most important decisions your organization needs to make.

Tip #1: It’s not about running the experiment, it’s about improving the decision making process.
