As coaches, we are in constant communication with teams, managers and individuals. Often, we are engaged or hired due to experience and our knowledge. This knowledge and experience is at times not as visible to other people as it is to us. Therefore, we need to negotiate and persuade our coachees to try and experiment on new practices and/pr way of working.
