Teamlead Training program
The customer is a Vietnam wide operations with about 3,000 sales agents in all provinces of Vietnam. The hierarchical structure of only 4 levels supports a very autonomous working style of all operations. To stay on top of the complexity of today and to allow for adaptive leadership, we held several training programs for all teamlead in all provinces – leading for a teamlead program in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and in Hanoi. In this training we introduced adaptive frameworks such as retrospective or transparent tools such as a Kanban to improve the cooperation between teamleads and the sales agents.
On top of that, we held several trainings for the Da Nang main office with follow up activities. This led and supported the team to have higher transparency and better productivity.
We introduced over several trainings new adaptive and radical management and leadership frameworks and tools.
